This page explains how to have the data sent by your phone with the Vespa Radar app (developer: Leef Consulting Sàrl) deleted from the server https://vespa.leef-consulting.ch.
How to request deletion
- In the app, open the menu → Connection and note the phone name shown there.
- Send an e-mail to lino@leef-consulting.ch with the subject "Vespa Radar – delete my data" and that phone name.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- all tag detections recorded by the phone, with their positions and times
- all positions where the phone was listening
- the phone's registration: its name, the random number created by the app, the app version and the last internet (IP) address
What is kept
Nothing that identifies the phone. The administrators’ activity log keeps a line saying that a phone with this name was deleted, and when. The totals per tag on the map are recalculated without the deleted detections.
Stop sending data right away
Stop scanning in the app, or uninstall it: the app then collects and sends nothing more. Uninstalling also deletes the data stored on the phone.
